Policy and Terms
Deposits are non-refundable, however, you can reschedule your appointment using the booking link, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Bookings can be rescheduled twice before the deposit is lost. Bookings cannot be filled for late cancellations or no shows so full payment could be requested for no show appointments or for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking.
