Hello and thank you for choosing me for your next massage. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2011 and am specialized in deep tissue therapeutic massage. I am also certified in Reiki and Polarity for energy balancing. Each massage session is customized to your needs. Whether you want to release stress and relax or require some deep tissue therapy, or a mixture of both, I’m sure you will leave feeling like a better you. My schedule is limited because I am currently in graduate school and play flute with a few ensembles in the area. If there is a day or time not listed below that works better for you please call or text and I will try to accommodate you as best I can. My space is located at the Columbia Road Professional Centre inside the MindBody Stress Reduction office (second row of buildings). Are you active duty military, a veteran or a first responder?
