Clients canceling with less than 24 hours notice of their appointments, shall be required to pay the full price of their treatment booked In order to continue to book a service with me in future. ~Public holiday appointments ~ If the slots are open then you are more than welcome to book. Note, that I charge an extra fee of 100 SCR per treatment. ~Same day bookings~ If you are booking an appointment online on the same day I would advise that you call me once you have booked the slot or about to.
