All cancellations/rescheduled appointments must be completed 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time. To cancel/reschedule your appointment, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. Once processed, your deposit will be refunded/transferred to your future booking. Deposits are non-refundable in cases of Late Cancellations/No Shows. YOU MUST BOOK A PATCH TEST IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT OR RECEIVING A TREATMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME AT THIS SALON. ALL PATCH TESTS MUST BE COMPLETED 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE TREATMENT. FAILURE TO BOOK THE RELEVANT PATCH TEST WILL RESULT IN YOUR BOOKING BEING CANCELLED/DELETED.
