Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.

*New clients* Consultation

**All new clients must book the consultation with their first session. This will happen before your first session to go over all paperwork, any questions or concerns and what to expect during the session. We will also discuss what was felt after your session and possible treatment plan moving forward to help you on your healing journey. Please be sure to book the session your interested in with this consulation. If not there is no guarantee that a time slot right after your consulation will be available, you will have to come back another day for your first session.

Candice will prepare the herbs before your appointment and will instruct you on the proper steaming techniques, ensuring you're confident to continue at home. However, if you opt to steam at the Sudbury Reiki Clinic, we'll create a tranquil and inviting environment for you. Should you wish to steam with Candice, please inform her beforehand so she can prepare sufficient herbs. If you choose to share your session with Candice, you may choose to remain silent or engage in open, non-judgmental conversation for a deeper connection.
