Please read policies listed below: Cancellation Policy - We require 24 hours notice. Any cancellations with less the 24 hours notice will be subject to 50% of scheduled service cost. No Show Policy - If you are to not attend or contact your technician prior to your appointment, you will be documents as a NO SHOW. This will result in a 100% charge of the service booked. Card on File - We require all clients to provide a valid credit card to put on file. Your card will only be charged if the cancellation or "no show" policies are violated. By booking online you agree to these policies listed above.
Policy and Terms
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.
