Can I send a mass/bulk message to all my clients?

Yes, you can. Just go to Menu → Marketing → Mass message, and then enter your message.

It can be a business update (e.g., when you go on holiday), a special deal, or anything else you want.

  • Tap on “Message” and enter your message.
  • Tap on “Recipients” and select to whom you would like to send a message.
    • All clients
    • Clients who had an appointment in the past (select an interval in days, weeks, months, or years)
    • Clients who have an appointment in the future (select an interval in days, weeks, months, or years)
  • Tap on “Group size” and choose the size of your group depending on how many clients you would like to select.
  • Lastly, tap on the “Send now” button.

The Marketing feature is only available for users with Premium or Ultimate plans.
