Can I set other message reminders for an appointment?

You can define and use different message templates depending on when you would like to send a message or the message’s purpose.

 

For instance, when you create an appointment, you can choose to send an instant booking notification, a reminder before the appointment, and a follow-up message that says “Thank you” after the appointment.

 

For each message, you can set one or multiple sending times. However, we recommend using a maximum of two messages because some people might get annoyed if they receive too many messages.

 

  1. Create a new appointment
  2. Tap on “Add automated messages.”
  3. Select the ones you prefer
  4. After selecting the messages, tap “Add.”
  5. Tap “Save.”
