How to start using Appointfix
New to Appointfix? This guide will walk you through the basic steps of appointment scheduling.
1. Start by setting your services
To quickstart, simply set the name of the service, for example, “Hair washing”, the price of the service, and the service duration.

2. Create your first appointment
Add the client, select the desired services, and you’re all set! Your first appointment has been created.

3. Set up appointment reminders
You can change the Sending Times, the Message Template, and the Date & Time Format to choose between the 12 hour or 24 hour format.
The message template’s length is dynamic and depends on the text and dynamic fields you’re using.

4. Set up your online booking page
To edit your online booking page details, go to the Menu (☰) → Settings → Online Booking.
Edit your business details: name, description, and address; add a logo and a representative business picture, and set your opening and closing business hours.
Don’t forget to set your “Booking acceptance”, “Calendar availability”, “Booking policy” and “Cancellation policy”.
