How can a client cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Regarding your request, when a client is creating an appointment online, he can immediately reschedule or cancel the appointment.

 

Also, the client receives a confirmation via email. In the email, there are two buttons available: Reschedule and Cancel. The client can click on one of the buttons and edit the appointment.

 

*Note: You can set the cancelation policy of your appointments. Please open Appointfix and go to Menu > Settings > Online Booking > Cancellation Policy.
