You can define and use different messages depending on the moment when the message is sent (instantly, before, or after the appointment) or depending on the purpose of the message.
For example you can use an instant booking notification when you create the appointment, a reminder before the appointment, and follow-up message that says “Thank you” after the appointment.
For each message you can set one or multiple sending times. We recommend using a maximum of two messages because some people might get annoyed if they receive too many messages.
