Multiple booking in the same name on the same day will be declined. If using an Itison voucher or Gift voucher please include the voucher code in 'message optional' section. All new clients will be required to pay a £15 booking free which will be deducted from their treatment. No booking fee paid = no booking. All online bookings will be contacted to arrange payment. CANCELLATION POLICY If a client is a ‘no show’ they will be required to pay in full, as there is no opportunity for us to fill this appointment. 24 hours notice is 50% 48 hours notice no charge.
Policy and Terms
Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
