Introducing Appointfix 1.6 and the most requested features

Since we launched Appointfix 10 months ago, we’ve gathered a lot of feedback from hundreds of independent service providers who use our app daily and one thing many people requested is to have more flexibility when setting up the SMS reminders.
So in this upgrade we’ve introduced more options for reminders. These are now: 1, 2, 3, 4, 24, 48, and 72 h before appointment. You can setup your reminders by going in Menu → Settings → Reminder Times and check which times suite you best. By checking them here, you’ll automatically have them added to each appointment you create. In case you don’t want SMS reminders added by default, leave everything unchecked and you can select just for certain appointments, right when you create them.
The reminder message is customizable and you can access it in Menu → Settings → Reminder Message Template. Whenever a reminder is sent to a client, the Date and Time are auto-filled from the client’s appointment details.
Another thing that is new in Appointfix 1.6 is the ability to call a client directly from the app. I know this seemed normal, but we didn’t had it until now. Sorry! You can call your clients now easily from the appointment’s details screen by clicking on the phone icon or directly on the number.
