If you’re just getting started with your business, Appointfix Basic is free. It is a great place to begin using the essential features of Appointfix: appointment scheduling, text reminders, online booking, and client management. If you want to increase your productivity even more, you can upgrade to Premium or Ultimate.
Appointfix Premium is for professionals who want even more convenience and productivity. Premium gives you: sync across two devices, reports, marketing, multiple templates for messages (instant booking notifications, reminders, follow-ups), no Appointfix branding on outgoing messages, and priority support.

Yes, absolutely. By purchasing a yearly subscription, you will get a substantial discount: the equivalent cost of two months for free. Premium Yearly costs $ 99.99, and Ultimate Yearly is $ 199.99.

Under the Basic and Premium plans, the reminders are sent via your device and carrier, so the messages will come out of your mobile phone plan, with no extra charges from us. Under the Ultimate plan, you can choose how your messages will be sent. Save more time by having messages sent through our system, or send them through your device for a personal touch. When you use the Appointfix system, you get 500 messages FREE each month. If you use them up, extra messages are available for purchase from 50 ($ 2.99) up to 500 messages ($ 29.99). If you add extra staff members to your account, you’ll receive 100 messages/paid staff/month. Unused extra messages are carried over to the next usage cycle, after which they will expire.
No, you don’t. There’s no need for a credit card when creating an account or using Appointfix Basic. You’ll need a credit card when you decide to step up to Appointfix Premium or Appointfix Ultimate, and you’ll be able to upgrade from within the app. Premium and Ultimate are available as auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or yearly) purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
With Ultimate, Appointfix syncs across unlimited devices, you can add extra staff members, and you can enjoy peace of mind with fully automated reminders sent via our SMS system. Appointfix Ultimate uses a robust SMS delivery system with a nearly 100% delivery rate. It doesn’t matter on which device you’re using the app; we make sure your appointment reminders and your other types of messages are always sent out.
Yes. The easiest way to do so is by downgrading to the Basic plan (free). Please go to Menu → Settings, in the upper area, tap on BASIC and then tap the button in the lower area of the screen. Subscriptions bought through Google Play will be automatically canceled when you downgrade to Basic. However, if you purchased your subscription through the App Store, Apple requires you to cancel your subscription manually. Not yet. Unfortunately, Appointfix is not available for computers at this time, but we’re considering it for future upgrades. Currently, the app is available for iOS and Android devices.
