How are messages being sent
The messages are sent via your device and mobile carrier; therefore, your phone or tablet must have text messaging capabilities and an active mobile subscription. Messages will come out of your mobile phone plan, with no extra charges from us. Some devices and mobile carriers have certain limits on the number of people you can send a text message to. Therefore, we will divide your client list into groups of 100, 20 or 10 people, and you’ll just need to tap Send for each group. If your message isn’t successfully sent, please lower the group size setting. You can do that from the Mass message screen. The text messages will come from your phone number, and your clients can reply to you directly. In certain countries, such as the US, the law requires express written consent from clients to send them promotional messages. You are solely responsible for obtaining express permission from your clients to send them messages.
